35. Troubleshooting

Some issues of the mobility chair will be displayed in the speed display lights through the fault codes in the form of LED lights flashing on the control panel.

When a problem occurs, refer to the table below for the appropriate flashing light fault code.

When a "fault code" LED light is flashing, first shut down the ZOOMER

™

and restart. If the flashing "fault code" LED light is still flashing, please refer to the table

below to find possible causes and corrective actions. If you are unable to confirm the causes of the fault, please contact your local dealer for service support.
