• Think in advance about how your dog may react in critical
situations.
• You should bring your dog to your side BEFORE a possi-
ble risk situation. Pay particular attention to other people
and to your animal when on pavements or when crossing
cycle paths.
• The dog should be led at heel with a strong grip on the lead
and the harness if other persons or animals are close by.
• Dogs represent a hazard to wild animals, particularly
during the breeding season. Each dog reacts differently.
Act in a responsible manner and ensure that nobody is
endangered or hindered.
• Let the lead hang loose if the dog should move backwards
and try to pull itself out of the harness.
• It can be uncomfortable for the dog if the product is too
tight.
