Troubleshooting
Check these questions first if you experience problems with
your phone :
Q : I press the Power / End key, but nothing happened.
A : Press and hold the [END] key till the display appears and
you hear the power-on alert. If problem persists, check
that you have inserted the battery pack properly.
Q : The display says "Insert SIM Card" or "Check SIM
Card" even through I have inserted my SIM card in
the phone.
A : The SIM card may be incorrectly inserted. Power off and
re-insert your SIM card. Power on once again after you
have re-inserted your SIM card.
Q : The display says "Locked" . How do I unlock my
phone?
A : Try entering the 4 digit lock code 0000.
Q : The display says "SIM Blocked". How do I unblock
my SIM card?
A : Call your service provider to obtain the PIN unblocking
key(PUK) code.
Q : My phone does not ring.
A : If you see "Silent / Vibrator icon" in the display, then the
ringer is turned off. Also, the ringer may be set to "Silent"
even through your phone is set to a ring alert profile.
