15. Troubleshooting
a.
The player cannot be powered on
l
Check whether the battery has power;
l
Check again after connection power adapter;
If the player cannot be powered on after charged, please contact us.
b.
No sound in the earphone
l
Check whether the volume is set to be

0
”

Check whether the connection of the earphone is good;
a. Keys do not work
Please confirm whether the electronic lock is effective. If yes, please unlock it
by long pressing the EQ key, and then try to press the keys to see whether
they can work.
d. Much noise
l
Check whether the plug of the earphone is clean, as pollutant can
cause noise;
l
Check whether the music file is damaged, try playing other music. If
the music file is damaged, much noise or leaping can be produced.
e. FM reception is not good
l
Adjust the position of the earphone and the player;
l
Switch off the electrical devices nearby;
Note :
The earphone can be used as antenna. Even you use the internal
speaker, you must plug the earphone.
f. Screen has scrambled codes

Please check whether correct language has been set. Please set language
“
Settings -> System Settings -> Language
”
g. Unable to download files

Check whether the computer is well connected with the player;

Check whether the storage space of the player is full;

Check whether the USB cable is damaged.
