Replacing the lower knife
安装下刀片
To replace the lower knife

转动手轮将上刀移动对准如
右图所示位置。
Turn the hand wheel as the
drawing on the right figure.
拧紧螺钉
Tighten the screw
装入下刀片。（右图参照）
Insert the lower knife
(See the right figure.)
松开螺钉⑤，下刀架框
向右移动。
Loosening the screw
makes the lower knife
holder side to the right
拧紧螺钉
Tighten the screw

Loosen the screw
取入下刀片
Remove the lower knife
把下刀架框向左边，
用螺钉①暂时固定。
Temporarily screw
after sliding the lower
knife holder to the left.
松开螺钉
Loosen the screw
上刀片

针板表面A
Top surface

下刀刃B

下刀片
Lower knife
使针板表面A与下刀刃B处于相同水平位置。
Level of [A]=Level of [B]
装好下刀片后进行剪线，确认剪线状况。
