INSTALLATION AND CIRCUIT
With twin engines, a second battery is
required. A load insulator is often built
into the engine’s design. It job is to
recharge the batteries while the engine
is running.
The coupler system enables the engines
to be started with either one battery, or
by coupling the batteries (in parallel), or
start them with a single battery if the
other is faulty.
Engine A starts with batteries 1 and 2.
Engine B starts with batteries 1 and 2.
