Alarm input, position-on signal, axis enable and error clear can be as general input and
output, it is not recommended to do axis function IO because the drive ability is not so high.
EGND, OVCC powers are used for servo IO when controller inside outputs, please not to
connect switch power, and hang it in the air when no use.
