Meeting Management
Open the main menu and select
Meeting Management,
meeting management includes meeting list,
meeting theme, meeting parameter, slogan (only displayed under the theme set as business style).
5.1
Meeting List
All meeting information distributed by the software will be in this list. The list includes meeting name and
time.
Note:
The device will delete all the meeting data of the previous day at 00:00:05 every day.
Participants List:
Click a meeting list to enter the participants list interface, as shown below. The black
fonts indicates that the person has checked in, and the red fonts indicates that the person has not
checked in.
Search Bar Function:
Supports fuzzy search by meeting name or ID number.
