The pickets (Part E) are numbered at the bottom 1, 2, 3, and 4 to create a scallop pattern. Lay out your pickets in the
order shown below. Insert the pickets into the rail as illustrated.
Repeat Steps 2 and 3 to assemble the second fence panel.
Note: The tabs on the bottom of the pickets go
into the bottom rail to lock the picket into place.
