Insert the spindles into the routed holes as illustrated.
Note: the tabs on the bottom of the spindles are intended to go
into the bottom rail to lock spindles into place.
Push the top rail down over the posts and spindles as illustrated.

To remove the picket(s),
gently insert a butter knife
along the picket direction
as shown and slowly pull up
the picket(s).
