WARNING

For ease of adjustment and the safety of the dependant, remove the
occupant before any adjustment is made.

Always stabilise the mobility device before performing these actions.
•
Adjusting the back height can alter the overall centre of gravity. Check
that the mobility device is stable and won’t tip at the new setting.
Comfort back height adjustment:

1. Rotate the front castors until they point forwards.
2. Engage the parking brake.
3. Remove backrest cushion.
4. For quick adjustment, 100 mm, (4”), loosen, or remove if necessary, four knobs
(A) and (C) on the back.
5. If laterals are present, loosen those attachment knobs as well.
6. Adjust the height by sliding upper backrest shell up or down.
7. Re-tighten the knobs (A) and (C).
8. For additional height, (more than 100 mm), adjustment beyond the range of
slots, remove the screws on the back canes, (B) on both sides, and loosen
bottom two knobs (A).
9. If laterals are present, loosen, or remove if necessary, their attachment knobs
as well, or completely remove laterals.
10. Slide the back shell assembly and handle up or down to the next hole. The
spacing is 76 mm, (3”).
11. Re-tighten fasteners (A) & (B).
12. Replace backrest cushion.

1. Position footrest up horizontally, parallel to the floor.
2. Find two holes (A) in seat pan, located on both sides of footrest tube.
3. Seat cushion must be attached in place.
4. Slide metal bracket (B) through slot in the cushion and align holes in the
bracket with holes in the seat pan.
5. Attach medial to seat pan with screws (C).
C. SHOULDER STRAP HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT:
1. Loosen, do not remove, the hand wheels on each side on the back plate.
2. Adjust shoulder strap to proper height.
3. Tighten all of the hand wheels (do not overtighten) and then re-adjust the
shoulder straps for a comfortable fit.
