ZINGO BLAZE will not run.

Take ZINGO BLAZE and charger 

to a Tevo Service Centre.

Performance, range or 

run time of your ZINGO 

BLAZE has decreased 

significantly.

Take ZINGO BLAZE to a Tevo 

Service Centre to replace 

batteries.

Take ZINGO BLAZE and 

charger to a Tevo Service 

Centre.

Batteries are not 

charging after use.

Charger light not working.

1. Ensure that your ZINGO BLAZE 

is fully charged.

2. Check all connectors.

If charging, make sure that the 

charger is correctly connected to 

the charging port, and that there is 

power to the charger.

1. Your ZINGO BLAZE is overloaded. 

Keep to the 70kg weight limit.

2. Hill is too steep. Max range is 

attained on flat ground, avoid steep 

hills more than 15˚.

3. Your ZINGO BLAZE was used in 

an off-road environment. Only use 

your ZINGO BLAZE on hard, dry 

surfaces free of any debris.

4. Check wheels for obstructions.

5. Make sure the battery is fully 

charged.

Clean and check both ends of the 

charger plug. Make sure they fit 

correctly and are not worn.

1. Check that the wall plug is 

plugged in correctly and that the 

power is on.

 

2. Check power cable for breakages.

If your ZINGO BLAZE happens to suddenly stop working, press the Reset Button (9).
