Remove the tibial resection spacer.
After the horizontal resection level is set, place one 1/8
inch quick release drill pin in the middle hole of one
side of the universal tibial cutting block and another
one on the opposite side (Figure 24).
To create a captured cut slot, secure the tibial cutting
block insert onto the universal tibial cutting block
(Figure 25).
