4. Always screw the front plate (7) with three new fastening screws M12 x 35 (5) at the inner hole
circle onto the traction sheave shaft (8). Secure the fastening screws with Loctite 243 or a similar
product.
Do not forget the circlips DIN 6796!
5. Tighten the fi xing screws (5) with a torque wrench with an allen wrench SW 10 uniformly in three
steps:
Tightening torque step 1: 40 Nm
Tightening torque step 2: 60 Nm
Tightening torque step 3: 79 Nm
6. Coat the fastening screws (5) with sealing varnish.
7. Position and tighten the bolt (3) and nut (4) of the rope guard.
8. Fit cable protection bracket (1) with a fl at wrench SW 13.
