NEVER connect the device with the aid of an extension cable. If a suitable,
earthed socket is not available, have one fitted by a recognised electrician.

Always take the plug out of the socket when the device is not in use.

A damaged electricity cable may only be replaced by the supplier or an aut-

• Not following the requirements as set in this manual might result
in dangerous situations and will lead to nullification of the warranty.
• Make sure the stove is accessible for maintenance from all sides.
• The stove is designed for free standing and is not suitable for build-in.
b. InsTallaTIon oF The sTove and The Flue
Install this stove only when it complies with local/national legislation and regula-
tion, by-laws and standards.
This stove is intended to be used for room heating in residential houses and is only
suitable for a use indoors in living room, kitchen and/or garage in dry locations.
Never install the unit or operate maintenance to the unit with plugged in
electrical plug. Always make sure the stove is disconnected from mains!
The flue/chimney arrangement is very important for the correct and safe
use of the stove. Therefore the installation of the whole system (stove +
chimney/flue) or parts of it must only be done by specialised, authorised
engineers, and must comply with all local laws and legislation.
The stove cannot be “built in” and needs to be free standing. Makes sure the stove
is accessible for maintenance from all sides. For cleaning purposes make sure the
flue gas connector and the chimney flue are easily accessible.
Prior to installation it is of great importance to check whether the floor is strong
enough to hold the weight of the heater. Note that the weight of the stove can
be regarded as “point-loads” as it has 4 individual feet. Reinforce the floor if nee-
ded.
Correct installation of this stove is extremely important for product performance
and your personal safety. Therefore:

neer. The instructions for use given in this manual may vary from local and/or
regional legislation. Whenever this is the case the local and/or regional rules
are applicable. Any responsibility in case of installation not complying to local
legislation and/or regulation and/or in case of incorrect air circulation and/or
inappropriate use is explicitly declined by the manufacturer and distributor.

The stove must only be installed in a room where the location, the building
construction and the use of the room do not interfere with safe operation
