GPF-01 Fiber Optic Cable Termination Box
Applications:
This product is applied to joint the end of optical cable and
termination equipment by pigtail after the optical cable of
48 fibers maximum capacity enters equipment room.
Structure:
Wall mount termination box has a quadrate metal cover. There
are the cables entrance holes or divergent holes on two sides
of the box. This termination box is assembled by fiber splice
tray, pigtail fiber coiling device and optical fiber connector, etc.

Main Technical Performance:
1. It has the pulling function for ground wire connected with optical cable sheath.
2. It has the fixing function for optical cable strengthen core and can endure 500N tensility.
3. Fiber bending radius in the tray doesn’t affect fiber’s normal use. Tray-retaining fiber
length>1.6m.
Installation Method:
1. Open termination box’s upper cover and take off the cover of optical fiber splice tray.
2. Peel the optical cable and retain enough loose tube length. Pull optical cable into termination box
and fix it with two clamps. Then fix the metallic strengthen core.
3. Use alcohol cotton to wipe and clean fiber lightly. Then coil the fiber in the fiber coiling board.
Randomly put
thermal shrinkage
tube on one of pre-connection two fibers. After welding, move
the thermal shrinkage tube to make fiber welding-point set in the center of tube. Heat the thermal
shrink tube to make the tube and fiber fuse together. Press the protected fiber joint into the fiber
laying groove.
4. Arrange retaining fiber into the fiber-laying groove equally. Generally, arrange it from lower to
upper. After splicing all the fibers, put the cover on the most upper layer.
5. Link pigtail’s flexible end with the connector. Then coil and neaten the surplus pigtail on the
wire-coiling device.
6. Use the pigtail to link the connector with the equipment room.
7. Use the expansion snail to fix the termination box on the wall.
