Running the software 

For the operation of the scanner it is necessary, that the following software programs are 
started: 

• 

WIDEsystem 

• 

WIDEimage 

• 

OS11000.exe 

 
We recommend to create shortcuts and copy them to 
 
a) the 

autostart

 folder of  “

All users

” 

b) the PC desktop 
 
Copying the shortcuts to the autostart folder starts the required programs automatically as 
soon as the user logs on to his Windows computer. The scanner is ready for operation. 
 
The icons on the desktop help the user to restart “manually” the programs if required. 
 

HINT: 

The WIDEsystem shortcut is automatically created with the installation of the software
