LIQUID BRAKES
Check the liquid brakes for leaks as well
as the liquid control of the clutch and the
braking liquid level in the expansion tank.
The tank is installed at the left-hand side
of the tractor in front of the cab and it is
accessible after lifting of the front hood.
Maintain the brake liquid level in the
range of 3/4 of the tank content (max.
level) and 1/2 of the tank content (mini-
mum level).
When handling brake liquid, keep
absolute cleanness. Check the
brake liquid level daily before
starting your work.
TRAILER AIR BRAKES
Check the air brake system for leaks and
the efficiency of the tractor brakes with
the trailer.
TRAILER HYDRAULIC BRAKES
Check the hydraulic brake system for
leaks and the efficiency of the tractor
brakes with the trailer.
HYDROSTATIC STEERING
Check the oil level in the hydrostatic
steering tank with a dip-stick. The tank
is situated in the front left part of the trac-
tor and it is accessible after lifting of the
front hood.
If necessary, replenish oil up to the mark
of the dip-stick that determines its proper
quantity.
Check the condition of all the hoses of
the hydraulic steering circuit for damage
and for oil leaks.
Check the tightening of screws and nuts
of the steering rods and levers.
