E. Troubleshooting
No response when pressing the
switch button.
Connect to car battery, still no power.
Battery seems to not hold the charge,
battery indicator does not light up
after you press the switch.
The low voltage protection of the pocket
jump starter is activated. Plug the adapter
into the charging port to recharge.
The terminals may be corroded, clean the
corroded terminals and try again.
Reposition the jumper cable clamps
Return to Jackco for inspection and repair.
