Tools required: Corded / Cordless Drill, Pozi-drive Bit / Screwdriver, (Hex Bit Included)
1. Locate Seat Assembly A into 1no Side Assembly B ensuring bolt-holes are aligned and insert 2no
105mm bolts. Locate washers and thread nuts onto bolts, but do not fully tighten at this stage. (See
Figs.
1a
&
1b).
Repeat procedure on opposite side using remaining Side Assembly B.
Further secure Side Assemblies B to Seat Assembly A using 4no 160mm screws (2no screws per side,
1no screw per leg). (See Fig. 1c)
2. Insert and align 4no Cross Dowels into pre-drilled holes to rear of Back Assembly C as shown in Fig. 2a
ensuring slots in Cross Dowels face outwards.
Position Back Assembly C between Side Assemblies B ensuring dowel holes are rearmost and insert
4no Bolts into Cross Dowels through pre-drilled holes (1no per Cross Dowel). (See Figs. 2b & 2c.)
3. Finally, ensure ALL fixings are fully tightened.
