Assembly requires 2 persons.
Tools required: Corded/Cordless Drill, Pozi-drive Bit/Screwdriver, 3mm Drill Bit
required in order for you to drill all screw holes before construction.
Broxton Gazebo is now complete.
1.
Attach Back Panel A to 2no Posts B at a nominal height of 150mm from base of
posts, ensuring notches (cut outs) to posts are positioned externally and panel is
flush with back of post using 6no 60mm screws (3 per post). (See Fig.1a)
Attach Side Panels A to post/panel assembly using 6no 60mm screws (3 per
post). (See Fig. 1b)
Fix Side Panels A to remaining Posts B using 6no 60mm screws (3 per post)
ensuring notches in posts are positioned externally. (See Fig. 1c)

Position and fix Ring Beams C as shown in Fig. 2 using 4no 60mm screws (2 per
beam). Repeat procedure for remaining posts and beams using 12no 60mm
screws (4 per post).

Fix 8no Bracings D to posts and ring beam assembly using 16no 60mm screws
(2 per bracing). (See Fig. 3)

Fix Support Beam E centrally along ring beam assembly as shown in Fig. 4a
using 4no 60mm screws.
Position Roof Support F to the centre of Support Beam E and fix using 2no 35mm
screws. (See Fig. 4b)

Locate Roof Panel G on to ring beam assembly and Roof Support F and fix in
position using 6no 35mm screws (1 to Roof Support, 5 to ring beam).
Repeat procedure for remaining 3 panels using 18no 35mm screws (6 per panel).

6.
Attach Shelf Support Battens (Med.) internally to left and right hand posts using
4no 60mm screws (2 per batten). (See Fig. 6a)
Attach Shelf Support Batten (Short) internally to top of back panel using 4no
60mm screws. (See Fig. 6b)
Attach Shelf Support Battens (Long) externally as shown in Figs. 6c & 6d using
15no 60mm screws (5 per batten).

Position Back Shelf J and Side Shelves K onto shelf support battens and fix in
position using 18no 60mm screws (6 per shelf). (See Fig. 7)
