Assembly requires 2 persons. All screw holes to be pre-drilled.
Tools required: Corded/Cordless Drill, Pozi-drive Bit/Screwdriver, 3mm Drill Bit,
Tape Measure.
Sunset Arch is now complete.
1.
Position Rafters B at both ends of Rails A and fix using 4no 60mm Screws
– 2no
per Rafter (Fig.1a). Space out remaining Rafters B equally (Fig.1b) and attach
using 6no 60mm Screws.
2.
Locate Post/Trellis Assembly C onto Rails A as shown in Fig.2a (adjust width to
suit). Fix in position using 2no 60mm Screws
– 1no per side (Fig.2b).
Repeat procedure for remaining Post/Trellis Assembly.
3.
Ensuring Post/Trellis Assembly C is perpendicular to Rails A, position Bracings D
as shown in Figs.3a & 3b and fix using 4no 50mm Screws
– 2no per bracing.
Repeat procedure for remaining bracings.
