Assembly requires 2 persons. All screw holes to be pre-drilled.
Tools required: Corded/Cordless Drill, Pozi-drive & Phillips Bits/Screwdriver,
3mm & 6mm Drill Bits, Tape Measure.
Daria Arch is now complete.
1.
Position Rafters B at both ends of Arches A and fix using 4no 90mm Screws - 2
per Rafter (Fig.1a). Space out remaining Rafters B equally (Fig.1b) and attach
using 8no 90mm Screws.

Using length of Trellis Panel D as a guide attach 4no ‘L’ Brackets centrally to
Posts C - 2 per post
– ensuring correct orientation of posts & brackets (Figs.2a &
2b) (Posts to be predrilled using 6mm drill bit).
N.B.
If using power tools to fit ‘L’ Brackets, particular care should be taken
to prevent injury. Keep hands clear of spinning bracket.
3.
Place Trellis Panel D between Posts C and fix in position using 8no 30mm screws
– 2no per bracket (Figs.3a & 3b).
Repeat stages 2 & 3 for remaining Posts and Trellis Panel.
4.
Locate post assembly onto Arch A (adjust width to suit) and fix in position using
4no 60mm Screws
– 2no per Post (Figs.4a & 4b)
Repeat procedure for remaining post assembly.
