Requires 2 person assembly
Tools required: Hammer, corded / cordless drill, pozi–drive bit / screwdriver,
13mm spanner / adjustable spanner.
1. Position Seat bars (A1) onto 2no. Seat Assemblies (B) as shown in Fig 1a, (1no Seat Assembly (B) to ei-
ther end of Seat Bars (A1). Align bolt holes and insert 2no. 100mm bolts (1no. bolt per end), attach wash-
ers and nuts but do not fully tighten at this stage. Repeat process using Seat Bars (A2) and remaining
2no. Seat Assemblies (B).
2. Position Legs (C) as shown in Fig 2. Align bolt holes & insert 4no. 70mm bolts (2no. per Leg (C)). Attach
washers and nuts but do not fully tighten at this stage.
Repeat process for the remaining 6 Legs (C) (2no. Legs (C) per seat)
3. Position Leg Brace (D) on to Seat Bars and fix in position using 2no. 80mm screws (See Fig 3a). Attach
Legs to Leg Brace (D) with 2no 80mm screws. (1no. screw per leg). (See Fig 3b).
Repeat process for remaining 3no. Leg Braces (D) using 12no 80mm screws.
4. Ensuring correct orientation (See Fig 4a), interlock seat bars A1 and A2 as shown in Fig 4b.
5. Insert Table-Top support (E) between Seat Bars, align bolt holes and insert 2no. 100mm bolts (See Fig
5). Attach washers and nuts but do not fully tighten at this stage.
Repeat process for remaining 3no. Table-Top supports (E).
6. Locate Table-Top (F) on to Table-Top Supports (E). Align bolt holes and insert 4no. 100mm bolts (1no. per
Table Top Support (E)). (See Figs 6a & 6b). Attach washer and nuts.
All nuts to be fully tightened at this stage.
Poppy Round Picnic Table is now complete.
