Installation Instructions
Mounting the Insert
NOTE:
Wood blocking may need to be added
to cabinet base if additional support is
needed. Refer to FIG. F.
10. If ducting horizontally, continue instructions on
Horizontal Ducting Conversion section.
11. Install duct work and seal with duct tape.
12. Install electrical and reconnect all the wiring.
13. Remove all packing materials before using
insert.
14. Switch power on and check for leaks around
duct tape.
15. Install face plate, PAS panel and filter.
Horizontal Ducting Conversion
Ignore these steps if the insert is vertically ducted.
NOTE: The insert must be installed before the
blower can be converted horizontally.
1. Remove (4) screws from FIG. G and (4) screws
from FIG. H.
2. Pull the motor out of the vertical ducting
position.
3. Secure round metal cap where the top duct
hole is located.
4. Orient the motor into the horizontal ducting
position.
5. Install the motor and secure in place with
screws.
6. Continue on step 11 on page 14.
