11. TroubleShooting

• When the symptoms in the left column do not improve after taking the measures in the right column, please contact the shop 

where you bought this product.

PHENOMENON

The engine does not start.

The engine does not accelerate.

The engine stop when the throttle 
is returned to its original position.

The engine rotation speed changes.

Abnormal vibration

Deterioration of fuel consumption

MAIN CAUSE

• Bad fuel (different quality, deterioration)

• Excessive sucking of fuel

• Clogging of the muffler exhaust vent

• Contamination of the spark plug electrodes, 

Short-circuit or breaking of a wire

• Bad fuel (different quality, deterioration)

• Clogging of the muffler exhaust vent

• The idling revolution speed is too low.

• Clogging of the fuel filter

• Deformation or damage of the blade

• Clogging of the air cleaner

• Blunt blade

• Bad lubrication of the flexible shaft

MEASURES

• Replace it with normal fuel (page 13).

• Open the choke, open the throttle full 

open, and pull out the rope repeatedly 
(page 14).

• Clean the muffler (page 22).

• Clean the electrodes or replace the plug 

(page 20

).

• Replace it with normal fuel (page 13).

• Clean the muffler (page 22).

• Readjust the idling adjustment screw 

(page 16).

• Clean or replace the fuel filter (page 20

).

• Replace the blade (page 21

WARNING

•  Do not modify or disassemble the machine. Modification or disassembly of the machine might cause the

or malfunction of the machine.

•  When you carry out inspection or maintenance of the machine, keep the machine clear of fire (such as 

a lit cigarette). Otherwise, the fuel might catch fire.

•  Use ZENOAH’s genuine or dedicated tightening parts (bolts, nuts and screws). Use of other manufactur-

ers’ parts might damage the machine, or cause an unexpected accident due to parts falling off while the 

machine is in operation.

•  When  you  dispose  of  the  machine,  do    not  disas

to follow your local regulations.
