NeverRust Guaranteed for Life Warranty:
The manufacturer warrants to the original purchaser that NeverRust aluminum shower rods, caddies and
accessories will be free from red rust during its lifetime. This warranty only covers the proper and intended
use of this product. Any alteration of this product or use of this product in any manner other than its
intended use shall automatically void this warranty. In the event of a bona fide warranty claim relating
to this product, the manufacturer will, at its election and sole discretion provide a replacement product
or a substantially similar product. This replacement is the sole and exclusive remedy with respect to any
warranty claim relating to this product. Under no circumstances will manufacturer’s liability exceed the
purchase price of this product.
THE MANUFACTURER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, AND/OR CONSEQUENTIAL
DAMAGES.

a copy of the receipt showing the retailer name, purchase price and photographs of the defective product.

el uso adecuado y debido de este producto. Las modificaciones realizadas a este producto o uso de
dicho producto de manera diferente al uso indicado anularán automáticamente esta garantía. En el
caso de un reclamo de garantía de buena fe relacionado con este producto, el fabricante, a su elección
y a su exclusiva discreción, proporcionará un reemplazo del mismo o de un producto sustancialmente
similar. Este reemplazo constituirá el único recurso exclusivo con respecto a reclamos bajo garantía en

en aluminium seront exempts de rouille rouge pendant toute la durée de leur vie. La présente garantie ne
couvre le produit que s’il est utilisé correctement et aux fins pour lesquelles il est prévu. Toute modification
de ce produit ou de l’utilisation de ce produit de toute autre façon que celle pour laquelle il est prévu
annulera automatiquement la présente garantie. Dans l’éventualité d’une réclamation de bonne foi au
titre de la garantie concernant ce produit, le fabricant fournira, à sa convenance et à sa seule discrétion,
un produit de remplacement ou un produit essentiellement similaire. Ce remplacement est le seul et
unique recours au titre de toute réclamation de garantie portant sur le produit. En aucun cas la
responsabilité du fabricant ne dépassera le prix d’achat de ce produit.
