Upgraded the GCU firmware to v1.14 to support the latest NAZA-M firmware v4.04.
1. Added adjustment settings to limit the view angle of the tilt axis.
2. Added FPV mode for H4-3D when used with the NAZA-M. In FPV mode, the gimbal has
the same roll angle as the aircraft.
3. Added tilt axis gain setting to adjust the tilt motion speed.
