17. Avoid unintentional starting. Do not carry a plugged in tool with a finger on the
switch. Ensure switch is off when plugging in.
18. Use outdoor extension leads. When tool is used outdoors, use only extension cords
intended for outdoor use.

safety precautions on usinG anGle Grinder
1. Always use proper guard with grinding wheel.
2. Accessories must be rated for at least the speed recommended on the tool warning
label. Use only depressed center grinding wheels rated for speed 80 m/s or more.
3. Make sure the size of the grinding wheel is compatible with size of the angle grinder
and that grinding wheel matches the spindle.
4. Store and keep grinding wheels according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
5. Before using a grinder or installing a new wheel, inspect the grinding wheel for chips
and cracks. Remove bad wheels immediately.
6. Hold the tool with both hands while starting the tool, since torque from the motor can
cause the tool to twist.
