Wskazówki dotyczące bezpieczeństwa i właści-
wego użytkowania czajnika elektrycznego
Podczas używania urządzenia elektrycznego, zawsze prze-
strzegaj poniższych podstawowych wymogów bezpieczeń-
stwa:
Przed rozpoczęciem użytkowania urządzenia zapoznaj
się z treścią całej instrukcji obsługi.

Nie dotykaj metalowego korpusu
czajnika podczas gotowania –
do przenoszenia używaj wyłącznie
uchwytu czajnika.
●
Nie przepełniaj czajnika ponad
poziom „
max
” – w czasie gotowania
wrząca woda może z niego wypryski-
wać.
●
Uważaj, aby nie zamoczyć wtyczki
przewodu przyłączeniowego.
●
Uważaj na wydobywającą się w cza-
sie gotowania parę.
●
Przed czyszczeniem, czajnik powi-
nien całkowicie ostygnąć.
●
Niniejszy sprzęt może być użytko-
wany przez dzieci w wieku co naj-
mniej 8 lat jeżeli zapewniony zosta-
nie nadzór lub instruktaż odnośnie
użytkowania sprzętu w bezpieczny
sposób, tak aby związane z tym
zagrożenia były zrozumiałe. Dzieci
poniżej 8 lat bez nadzoru osób doro-
słych nie mogą czyścić lub wyko-
nywać czynności konserwacyjnych
urządzenia. Urządzenie i przewód
zasilający należy przechowywać
w miejscu niedostępnym dla dzieci
w wieku poniżej 8 lat.

Napraw urządzenia może dokony-
wać jedynie przeszkolony personel.
Nieprawidłowo wykonana naprawa
może spowodować poważne zagro-

Turn the kettle on by pressing the lever (9) – the indicator
light will come on.

The kettle switches off automatically when the water
has reached the boiling point, the lever switch returns to its
starting position – the light comes off.
If further use of the kettle is anticipated, it is not necessary
to remove the plug of the connecting cord from the power
socket.
Be careful not to fill up with water beyond the
nominal capacity when pouring water into the
kettle.
In the event that an empty kettle is switched
on, it will be switched off automatically by
a thermal device.
To switch on the kettle after it has cooled down
(about 15 min), remove it from the base, fill with
water, replace on the base and switch on by
pressing the switch (9). The cooling down of
the kettle can be accelerated by pouring cold
water into the kettle.
Cleaning and maintenance
Always clean a cold kettle!

Remove the plug of the connecting cord from the power
socket.

Take out the filter (13).

Clean the outside surfaces with a soft cloth moistened
with washing-up liquid.
In order to remove the build-up of hard water film from the
outside and inside walls of the kettle, wipe them with a cloth
moistened with vineger.

Rinse the kettle with fresh water.
Various black-coloured, rusty, milky, etc.
deposits may form inside the kettle and float on
the water. This is caused by minerals occurring
naturally in water (calcium, magnesium, iron,
etc.). Such discoloration is not caused by faulty
operation of the appliance and does not affect
its use. In case of substantial accumulation of
mineral deposits, proceed as described in the
“Descaling” section.
Descaling
In the event that scale builds up on the bottom of the kettle,
it needs to be removed. For this purpose use 6-10% vinegar
or citric acid.
●
Open the lid (5).
●
Add 0.5 l of vinegar or 40 g of citric acid and fill the
kettle with water up to the maximum level. Switch on the
kettle.

in order to adjust it to law regulations, norms, directives, or due to
construction, trade, aesthetic or other reasons, without notifying in
advance.

Bring the mixture to boil and allow the kettle to stand for
30 minutes.
●
Empty the kettle and rinse it with fresh water.
●
Remove the filter (13) and rinse it under running water.
Replace the filter.
●
Fill the kettle with fresh water, boil the water and empty
the kettle.
●
If sediment is still visible in the kettle, remove it with
a sponge and rinse the kettle again. If unsuccessful,
repeat the descaling process.
Negligence in descaling the kettle may results
in its damage.
Ecology – environment protection
Each user can protect the natural environment. It is neither
difficult nor expensive.
In order to do it: put the cardboard packing into
recycling paper container; put the polyethylene
(PE) bags into container for plastic.
When worn out, dispose the appliance to
particular disposal centre, because of the
dangerous elements of this appliance, which
can be hazardous for natural environment.
Do not dispose the appliance with the municipal waste!
