
DEVICE DISASSEMBLY
1.
Remove the safety plug (12), unscrew three bolts 3.9x16.
2.
In the snap fastener (XX area in the picture) press both casings - until the
fasteners release.
3.
Remove the motor “II” of the attachment plate (3), disconnect the wires of the
motor
and of the feeder.
4.
Remove push-button of the chamber lock (8) with the spring (7),
intermediate
push-button of the off switch (4).
5.
Unfasten the power cord (9) from the clamps of the feeder (5) (ATTENTION!
Sleeves are locked). Pull the fastening aside to remove the feeder.
6.
Pull out the power cord (9)
dampers from the casings.
DEVICE ASSEMBLY
Meat mincer assembly is basically the disassembly in reverse.
Important information concerning the assembly:
1.
You need to measure off the length of the power cord (9) on the attachment plate
(3), and place it into the labyrinth of ribs according to the direction of arrows.
2.
Feeder (5) plate should be fastened tightly by a snap.
3.
Place the spring (7) on the push-button of the chamber lock (8) and grip the neck
on the lock pin placed on the motor with the cut-outs on the push-button.
4.
Connect he wires of the feeder with the connectors of the brush-holders of the
motor “II” (Attention! The positive wire of the feeder should be connected with the
brush-holder marked with a "+"). The wires cannot touch the rotating elements of
the motor.
5.
Insert the whole thing into the casing placing the lock button (8), and the damper
into the casing sockets.
6.
Situate the attachmant plate (3) in the ribs of the casing, and place the push-
button of the off switch (4) below the wall of the casing.
REMARKS
1.
Unplug the device from the mains before undertaking any repairs.
2.
D.C. motor!
It is forbidden to plug in the motor alone to any A.C. (from 0 to 250 V),
i.e. without any feeder. This may damage the motor!
3.
Any overhauls or repairs should be done only by qualified works, and only after
reading the user manual, and this user guide for the product.
4.
Any heating of the motor during long usage is a completely ordinary phenomenon.
In case of excessive heating, overhaul the motor.
