This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities

or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way
and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made
by children unless they are aged from 8 years and above and supervised.
The appliance is not intended to be operated by means of an external timer or separate remote-control system.

If the non-detachable part of the cord is damaged, it should be replaced by the producer or at a proper service point or by a
qualified person in order to avoid any hazards.
The appliance can only be repaired by qualified service personnel. Improper servicing may cause a serious hazard to the user.
In case of defects please contact a qualified service center.
Check the cord regularly. The insulation cannot be damaged or broken.

Keep the cord away from heated surfaces.

During operation the curling iron becomes hot. Do not place it near flammable materials.

Allow the curling iron to cool before putting it away.

Do not use while sleeping.

Do not unplug by pulling on cord. To unplug grasp the plug.

Do not unplug with wet hands.

Risks exist even if the curling iron is switched off. Always unplug the appliance from the electrical outlet immediately after use and

before cleaning.
Never wrap the cord around the appliance (risk of breaking the cord).

The cord cannot come into contact with the heated metal parts of the appliance.

Do not cover the curling iron as it might cause heat to accumulate inside of the appliance.

Attachments may become hot during and after use. Allow them to cool before handling.

Do not use attachments that are not recommended.

Always unplug the curling iron from the electrical outlet after use.

If the curling iron is used in the bathroom, always unplug it from the electrical outlet after use, as it may pose a risk even

when the appliance is switched off.
Use the appliance only for its intended use as described in this manual.
