- Unscrew the two screws (109) and remove the handle (2)
- Remove the upper hinge (21)
- Turn over the oven and remove the two screws (102) securing the lower hinge (59), remove the lower hinge.
Control panel
- Make the steps outlined in the paragraph “Case”
- Discharge the H.V. capacitor (8) by putting a screwdriver against one end of the capacitor and the base plate (58)
- Pull out the wire terminals from the p.c. board (63)
- Remove the screw (103) with the serrated washer (113) and lift the panel assembly (67) by about 5 mm up, re-
move the panel from the cavity (22)
- Unscrew the four screws (104) mounting the PCB (63) to the control panel assembly (67), disconnect the panel
buttons connector, remove the circuit board.
Quartz heater
- Make the steps outlined in the paragraph Case”
- Disconnect the wires from the quartz tubes (34)
- Unscrew the two screws (109) and three screws (105) securing the heat shield (25) and one screw (104)
mounting heater brackets (24)
- Remove the quartz tubes (34) from the cavity (22)
Air flow fan and heater
- Make the steps outlined in the paragraph “Quartz heater”
- Unscrew one screw (100) mounting the air guide (26) to the cavity (22)
- Remove the two nuts (114) and remove the drive wheel (29), convection fan blade (32) and fan washer (33)
from the bearing with a shaft (27),
- Unscrew the three screws (106) securing the bearing set (30), remove the bearing with a shaft (27)
- Remove the driving fan blade (38), unscrew the two screws (102), and remove the convection fan motor (40)
- Unscrew the two screws (100) and the screw (102) of the motor bracket (39)
- Disconnect the connectors from the heater assembly (23), unscrew the three nuts (114), remove the heater.
Thermostats and cavity temperature sensor
- Make the steps outlined in the paragraph “Quartz heater”
- Disconnect the wires from the thermostat 180 (47) and the thermostat 140 (70)
- Unscrew the two screws (105) securing the thermostat 180 to the magnetron (48)
- Unscrew one screw (105) mounting the thermostat 140 to the cavity (22)
- Unscrew one screw (102) mounting the temperature sensor (68) of the cavity (22)
Magnetron and lamp
- Unscrew the screw (103) mounting the lamp socket (46) to the cavity (22), replace the lamp (45)
- Disconnect the wires from the magnetron (48)
- Remove the thermostat 180 (47)
- Unscrew the screw (108) mounting the magnetron to the cavity (22)
- Unscrew the screw (100) holding the wiring harness (50)
- Remove the magnetron (48) from the catch: from the side of the air duct (41) by lifting it up by 5 mm
- Unscrew the four screws (100) mounting the air duct (41) to the magnetron (48)
Transformer
- Make the steps outlined in the paragraph “Case”
- Discharge the HV capacitor (8) by putting a screwdriver to one end of the capacitor and the base plate (58)
- Disconnect the wires from the transformer (49)
- Turn the oven over
- Remove the four screws (102) mounting the transformer (49) to the base plate (58)
- Remove the transformer (49) with the shockproof rubber (55) and the transformer bracket (53), and the latex
(54).
Turntable assembly
- Make the steps outlined in the paragraph “Case”
- Turn the oven over
- Unscrew the five screws (109) securing the base plate (58) to the cavity (22) and one screw (102) mounting the
base plate to the cavity and the lower hinge (59)
- Disconnect the wires from the turntable motor (57)
- Unscrew one screw (104) mounting the turntable motor (57), remove the motor.
HV capacitor
- Make the steps outlined in the paragraph “Case”
