Troubleshooting
Please check the following items before having the unit repaired.
Problem Possible cause Solution
The appliance does not
operate.
Appliance is not plugged in. Plug in the appliance.
No power. Check circuits and fuses.
No mist. No water in tank. Fill tank with water.
Mineral deposits on the transducer. Clean the transducer with the
provided brush.
Damaged transducer. Contact a service center.
Fan not operating. Contact a service center.
The desired humidity is lower than
the room humidity.
Increase the desired humidity
volume.
White dust accumulates
around the appliance.
Hard water was used (containing
too much minerals).
Use purified or distilled water.
Replace the water filter.
Ecology – Environment protection
Each user can protect the natural environment. It is neither difficult nor
expensive.
In order to do it: put the cardboard packing into recycling paper container;
put the polyethylene (PE) bags into container for plastic.
When worn out, dispose the appliance to particular disposal centre, because
of the dangerous elements of this appliance, which can be hazardous for
natural environment.
Do not dispose into the domestic waste disposal!!!
