Longitudinal adjustment of the double boom
CAUTION
Double boom and weight of the microscope must be adjusted to each other to ensure stability
of the setup and prevent the risk of injury to the operator or damage to the microscope or the
object to be examined by falling over of the stand.
If the weight of the microscope equipment is
≤
8 kg, the double boom can be adjusted to the
full length.

Loosen clamp screw (4-1/

).
•
Pull the double boom (4-1/

) out or push it in to adjust the desired length.
•
Retighten the clamp screw (4-1/
2
).
