ZPIEZO WSB 500 STAGE ATTATCHMENT
Only the ZPiezo WSB 500 stage attatchment (432339-9000-000) can be used in conjunction with the
WSB ZPiezo CAN controller.
The stage attatchment unit is with provided with attachment holes which allow it to be mounted on the
X-Y microscope stage. To place a sample on it, various stage inserts can also be attached to the stage
attatchment.
5.1 Mounting the stage

The stage attachment is attached to the microscope stage with four screws.
The screws kit, consisting of a 2.5 mm hexagon screwdriver and four screws of the type DIN EN ISO
4762 M3x20-A2, is supplied with the stage attatchment.
Make sure that the tapped holes in the microscope stage correspond to this size of screw. (for
dimensional details see Appendix 6.2)
Install the stage attatchment so that the when viewed from the front the cable exits at the back right.
First screw the screws in loosely,then tighten them across diagonals.
