Errors occurring prior to measuring operations
If the CT system cannot be put into operation, start by checking whether
the following errors can be ruled out:
Error Cause Action Check
The CT system cannot
be put into operation Wrong start-up se-
quence – Observe the specified se-
quence.
– First, switch on the CT
system and then the com-
puter.
Power supply The main switch is not
on.
Connect power supply:
– Turn the main switch to
the «1» position.
Position «1» must
be visible.
Controller The controller is off. Switch the controller on:
– Turn the rotary switch
clockwise.
The indicator lamp
in the rotary
switch must be lit.
Drives The drives are off. Switch the drives on:
– Press the two buttons of
the loading door simulta-
neously.
– Afterwards press the but-
ton for the drives.
The indicator lamp
in the rotary
switch must be lit.
The EMERGENCY STOP
button is locked.
Unlock the button:
– Slightly turn the EMER-
GENCY STOP button .
The button pops
out a few millime-
ters.
Operating mode The operating mode has
not been enabled. Set the operating mode:
– Turn the key switch to the
«AUTO» position.
X-ray system The X-ray system has
not been switched on. Switch the X-ray system on:
– Turn the key switch to
«ON». The X-ray system is in
standby mode.
Door control The door control has not
yet been initialized. Perform the initialization
run.
