Eventual info messages (Fig. 753) fading in the right hand corner inform about missing
hardware if applicable. The message box disappears after ~ 10 seconds.
The images can be sorted in three different ways, by
name, the date the image was created (acquisition
date/time) or the date, the images were accessed
(Fig. 754).
When in Gallery View mode, images can be split
according to their dimensions and stored as separate
files. Click
Split… to open the dialog.
Chose the Size of the dimension you want to split up
the image.
The check box in the
Separate Files column
activates/deactives the split process for the individual
dimensions (Fig. 755).
Click
Select file name and save… to save the split
up image dimensions as separate .czi or .lsm files.
Crop…
allows you to save parts of acquired images
as new files.
According to the available dimensions it is possible to
chose a subset of this dimension with a selectable
step size.
For example its possible to save every 2
nd
image of
the first 100 images of a time series of 500 images.
