The detection module controls are marked as Cam1 or Cam2 and are with a vertical line in the chosen
channel color.
The
Exposure Time [ms]
is regulated with the slider, input box, and arrows (Fig. 88). The exposure times
need to be synchronized with the scanning of the light sheet to ensure an even illumination of the whole
image field. The software will automatically prevent sub-optimal exposure times and might change the
chosen exposure time to the nearest suitable value.
For very short exposure times, below 10 ms, the image might display artifacts in some cases; these critical
exposure times are displayed in yellow.
When a detection module with liquid cooling is used, the working temperature is displayed below the
Exposure Time.

Defining Display Options
By pressing the black arrow on white background next to
Display
at the bottom part of the
Channel
Tool window, you access two checkboxes which influence the display of your images.
When
Auto copy from last acquired
is checked, the settings of the
Display View Option
control
block (see section
4.2.2
Display
) from the last taken image will be used directly for each newly acquired
image.
With
Range indicator
activated, all images will be displayed with this look up table (LUT) regardless of
the chosen color in the Track configuration display of the
Channel
Tool or in the
Light Path
Tool
window (see section
3.2.5 Setup Manager – Light Path
).
