Malfunctions in the motor of the bypass valve on the extract-air / outdoor-air side.

For the right-hand unit: BYPASS MOTOR 11 is to the right;
■
For the left-hand unit: BYPASS MOTOR 11 is to the left.

Yes
1. Ensure that the heat exchanger is in the unit.
2. Switch on the power to the unit.
Make sure that no-one touches rotating parts or parts
under live power.
3. Inspect the bypass valves during startup.

1. Clean the bypass valves and motors.
2. Follow the procedure for completing the maintenance.

Yes
1. Get the service set for the control PCB.
2. Replace the control PCB as described in the manual supplied.

2. Replace the bypass motor as described in the manual supplied.
3. Follow the procedure for completing the maintenance.

2. Place a voltmeter over the power connector of the fan (AC: black – blue)
3. Switch on the power to the unit.
Make sure that no-one touches rotating parts or parts
under live power.

1. Connect the fan connectors properly.
2. Follow the procedure for completing the maintenance.

1. Get the service set for the fan.
