Open the tank and take out the pre screen filter.
300 micron pre screen filter
that collects all the large
particulates and traps them so
the rest of the oil can flow
inside the tank to be filtered.
Take the pad filter pan out of the inside of the tank.
Pad filter pan inside the tank
without the filter in the pan.
Remove the baskets from
the fryer as well as the
screens inside the fryer.
