charge with a USB cable. Plug the larger end of the USB cord into the speaker’s
USB-A port (not the micro-USB input port), while the smaller end into the device’s
charging port.
*Use the micro-USB input port on the speaker to charge the speaker.
*Use the USB-A port on the speaker if you want to use the reverse charging feature.
*Device with Mini-USB or lightning or type-C charging port should use responding
charging cable.

Troubleshooting
1.Fail to connect wireless devices:
Check if it is connected to another wireless device. If so, please disconnect it and try
again. If it is still not workable, please try to restart the speaker.
2.Auto power off:
2.1.The battery auto-power-off protection is automatically activated when the
battery is low.
2.2.The speaker will turn off automatically after 3 hours without any operation.
The Auto Power Off function prevents unnecessary waste of the battery power.
3.Fail to play music:
The music file storage path cannot be recognized. Please store files in the root
directory of the removable device.
4.No sound when connected to the computer:
Computer interface connection error. Please plug in the correct audio output port.
5.No signals on FM mode:
Weak telecommunication signals around could cause that. Please use the attached
USB cable as the antenna to enhance signals. Inserted the cable into the speaker, then
use the AUX end to search for signals.
