Fitting the front panel 

(Fig. 4)

The overall dimensions of the covering front panel 
should be 1-2 mm smaller than those of the door, and 
the thickness should not exceed 4 mm.

With the refrigerator door closed, release the self-
tapping screws securing the removable side of the 
door frame.
Take off this removable side and slide in the 
covering panel after slackening the remaining 
screws around the door frame.
Push the covering panel all the way in, then re-
fasten the frame to the door, refitting the previously 
removed door frame side.

Characteristics of the recess

Air flows through the ventilation slits in the lower 
part of the frame.
To ensure proper air circulation, though, a 
«chimney» has to be provided at the back of the 
cabinet: it should be at least 50 mm deep and 
540 mm wide (Fig. 5).
The ventilation opening must also be maintained 
between the upper part (top) of the cabinet and the 
ceiling.
Air must be able to circulate freely through the 
system.

Fitting the appliance into the recess

Fit the appliance into the recess, positioning it in 
the centre.
Using the four screws supplied with the appliance, 
secure the four angle brackets of the appliance 
cabinet to the recess unit.
