BEFORE FIRST USE
• Remove all labels, hand wash in hot soapy water, rinse,
and towel dry immediately
• Although, the handles of your new cookware are
designed to stay cool on the stove top you should always
use oven mitts or potholders when handling cookware
on the stove or when removing it from the oven. All
cookware gets hot in the oven
• Aluminum non-stick ceramic coated cookware with
stainless steel handles is oven safe to 260
℃
• Tempered glass lids are oven safe up to 180
℃

STOVETOP USE
• To prevent sticking add a small amount of cooking oil,
margarine, or butter to a cold pot/pan. Heat on medium
to medium-high temperature for one to two minutes
before adding food
• Be sure your cooking surface is level. Burners and
stoves that are not level may cause fats to pool: pooled
fats and oils do not adequately cover cooking surfaces
• Clean pot/pan thoroughly after each use. Food films
cause sticking and discoloration on the pan when pan is
reheated
• Sticking may also be caused by high heat. When fats or
oils smoke, the heat is too high

• Remove burnt-on food by soaking for a few minutes. If
scrubbing is necessary, use a nylon pad with warm,
soapy water or a non-abrasive silicate based cleanser.
• Avoid extreme temperature changes; bring cooking
vessels to room temperature before submerging in cold
water, not doing so may cause warping
• Use only high quality detergent
• Open the dishwasher as soon as it has finished washing
to allow air to circulate
• Ensuring proper care of the working surface of the
product will allow you to keep ceramic or non stick
coating properties of cookware and use it for many years
• It’s is advised to store cookware with ceramic or non
stick coating separately. Ideal-handing by handle to
protect ceramic or non stick coating from mechanical
damage
• Never let liquids boil dry, the extreme temperatures can
cause irreparable damage to your cookware and void the
warranty
• Do not preheat pan empty
• Overheating or allowing gas flames to come up the sides
of pot/pan can cause brown/blue discoloration. A low to
medium heat setting is all you need for most cooking
applications
• For best results, use a burner of the same diameter as
