Before Using for the First Time
Initial Cleaning
Wipe the ceramic glass surface with a damp cloth.

Important:
Do not use any caustic, abrasive cleaners! The surface could be
damaged.
Operating the Hob

When a cooking zone is switched on, it may hum briefly. This is a character-
istic of all ceramic glass cooking zones and does not impair either the func-
tion or the life of the appliance.

The cooking zones are operated and multiple ring zones activated us-
ing the ring switches on the cooker or switch box as described in the
relevant set of instructions.
Activating the Warming Zone

Touch the “Activate” sensor field for approx. 2 seconds. The control indi-
cator lights up.
