Place your Instant Gazebo 
frame in the center of area 
to be shaded. With partner, 
grasp two outer legs, slightly 
lift off the ground, and step 
backwards, stopping at full 
arms’ length.

Spread the top vent fabric 

(A)

 over the peak section 

and slide the 4 fabric corners 
over the 4 vent fingers.

Expand the frame to approx. 
2/3 open. Spread the larger 
fabric 

(B)

 over the frame, 

tuck the fabric under the top 
vent fabric fingers and using 
the hook and loop strips, 
secure the top to the trusses 
at 8 different points.

Please read each step before you attempt to set up. Save these instructions for future reference.

a)

 Insert extension rods in the top of the legs.  

b)

 Secure corner fabrics to the leg by pressing the 2 

locking strips together.   

c)

 Finally, pull the fabric out over the end of the extension rods and secure 

using the sewn pockets. 

Repeat on all 4 corners.

TAKE DOWN

With partner, slightly lift up 2 
adjacent outer legs, depress snap 
button to unlock and telescope 
inner legs into outer legs.  

Repeat on opposite legs.

Now, with the canopy in 
lowered position, remove 
extension rods. 
1) Pull the fabric back out 
from the sewn pockets to gain 
access to extension rods. 
2) Remove fabric by releasing 
the 2 locking strips at the top 
of each leg. 
3) Carefully slide extension 
rods out from the top of the 
legs. 

Repeat on all 4 corners.

Release Pull Pin at each corner 
by first lifting fabric away from 
slider. With one hand push up 
on truss near the Pull Pin, 
pull the pin out to release. 

NOTE: It is much easier to 
release Pull Pin when the 
canopy weight has been 
removed from the Pull Pin.

With partner on opposite 
side, grasp top and bottom 
area of trusses.

 

Lift the 

canopy up slightly and shake 
it while stepping towards 
your partner until the unit is 
3/4 closed. With each 
partner grasping two outer 
legs, push frame together to 
fully close it. 

Be careful not to 

pinch fingers!

 

Store canopy in roller bag.

SET  U P

With partner on opposite side 
of canopy, grasp the top and 
bottom of the truss on 
opposite sides. Lift up and 
step backward until canopy is 
3/4 opened. 

Be careful not to 

pinch fingers. 

Expand frame 

to fully open.  Make sure the 
vent fingers are released – 

over

 the LARGE FABRIC.

To engage Pull Pin slider at each 
corner, first lift the fabric off of the 
slider, then with one hand hold 
the top of the leg while pushing 
up on the slider with the other 
hand. The Pull Pin will engage the 
hole. 

Repeat on all 4 corners.

Lift outer legs up and slide out 
the inner legs until the snap 
button locks into the outer leg. 

Repeat on opposite legs.

1) Set frame to the lowest setting. 
2) Wrap the skirt around the outside 

of the leg with the clip on top. 

Non-coated side facing 
outward.

3) Connect the elastic clips around 

the top truss on both sides. 

4) Use the attached tie-back straps 

to gather the skirt. 

Repeat on all 4 corner skirts.
