4.1 The sampler should be connected to the
pipeline using stainless steel tubing and a sample
probe. The sample probe should be located a
minimum of five pipe diameters from any device
which could cause aerosols or significant pres-
sure drops.
4.2 The sampler probe should not be located
within the defined meter tube region (AGA 3
manual).
A = The number of unobstructed, straight pipe
diameters upstream (see AGA - 3 manual).
B = The number of unobstructed, straight pipe
diameters downstream (see AGA - 3 manual).
