The following are the reasons for this situation:
1. The age setting in the App is below 18 years old (Child). As children grow, the body data
changes every day, and it cannot measure and track the exact data except weight.
2. The product surface is not clean or feet of the user is too dry. Use wet towel to clean the
surface or feet, and then weigh again.
3. There is no direct contact between the conductive film or electrode plate on the product
surface with users’ feet (For example, the plastic film is not removed from the product
surface or the user wears too thick socks).
4. The user cancels the weighting process without finishing the measurement (Weighing is
finished when the progress bar on screen is shown three times from left to right).
The Yunmai smart scale uses BLE Bluetooth low energy technology and Bluetooth 4.0 chips. The
devices must be equipped with Bluetooth 4.0 module, iOS 7.0 and above, or Android 4.3 and above.
For iOS devices: support all the models after iPhone 4s and iPad 3
For Android devices: support most part of the models launch since 2015.
