Lift the cylinder a bit.
Take the cylinder bottom with two hands and
rotate or move it from right to left and fit the
screws back to the cylinder holes.

Screws back the washer and nut into the bolts. (Part G) Fig. D
Step 2
Turn Log Splitter Off.
Unscew the nut & washer

Push the cylinder to the opposite direction of the splitting
wedge.
