Troubleshooting
About TX
1.
Input TX signal amputitude can’t exceed ±1.
2.
Input TX signal should be a complex row vector.
3.
The maximum number of samples in TX signal is 8e7 samples in total (2TX).
About Ethernet & ID LED display
1.
Before executing "Init", please confirm that the ID light is steady on, avoid unnecessary errors
during initialization.
2.
If the ID light is off, it means that Ethernet is not connected. Please confirm Ethernet connection.
3.
Turn off the firewall to prevent the firewall from blocking network packets.
4.
If users use Ethernet adapter, please use “USB 3.0 to gigabit Ethernet adapter”, and connect
USB3.0 on the PC side. If users use USB 2.0, the transmission speed will be reduced, and the
Ethernet packets may be lost.
5.
If users use Ethernet HUB, please use “Gigabit Ethernet HUB”.
6.
The ID light on the front panel indicates the IP location, not the number of the SDR.

1.
Please ensure the TX and RX power on any communication to avoid signal saturation.
